BEFORE YOUR TREATMENT:

Once your booking is confirmed, a licensed and thoroughly vetted therapist will arrive at your location. If you are not a member and don’t have a table your therapist will bring a treatment table for your session. Please ensure an adequate space is available for the session.

ON ARRIVAL:

Your therapist will arrive approximately 10 minutes before or after your scheduled booking time. In case of any delay, our customer service team or the therapist will keep you informed.

Next, show your therapist where you'd like to conduct the treatment. The therapist will excuse themselves to another room, allowing you privacy to undress to your comfort level (underwear should always be worn during treatment). They will re-enter once you indicate readiness. Please note, any inappropriate exposure requests will be denied and are considered a breach of our service etiquette.

DURING YOUR SESSION:

To provide a customized experience, your therapist will ask a few brief questions. A consent and consultation form will need to be completed online ahead of your appointment or with your therapist, helping to tailor your treatment according to your preferences and needs.

We ask that you disclose any existing injuries, health conditions, or allergies you may have, and indicate any specific areas where you would like focused treatment. Do not hesitate to communicate with your therapist about the pressure. If you experience any pain, inform your therapist immediately. For deep tissue and sports massages, moderate pain may occur, usually subsiding within 24-48 hours.

AFTER THE SESSION:

Your therapist will step out, allowing you to dress privately. They will then seek your feedback on the session, which will be documented in your account.

For maintaining balance in your mind and body, we recommend scheduling treatments every 2 to 4 weeks. You can easily re-book through our website, app, or by contacting our customer service team. A receipt for your session will be provided by the next business day.

CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS:

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please note the following policy:

• Notice period of 24 hours or more: No cancellation fee

• Notice period up to 2 hours before treatment: $50 cancellation fee

• Notice within 2 hours of treatment: 100% of treatment fee

For booking mistakes, a 10-minute grace period after submission allows you to cancel without charge, provided you contact our customer service team immediately.

Amendments to bookings, including time and location changes, adhere to the above cancellation policy. Please TEXT/SMS us at 647-905-9392 for assistance with amendments.

PRICES AND OPERATING HOURS:

The prices listed on our booking page are subject to provincial tax. They are final and all-inclusive, covering transportation, with no hidden fees.

You can book treatments from 8 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week. Payment is securely handled online, eliminating the need for cash transactions. After your session, you will receive a prompt to rate your experience and offer a tip if you wish.
